	After Hours Service Order Entry Form
At Christian Brothers Automotive – Hamilton Mill we value the personal relationships we develop by working person to person. However, sometimes that just isn’t practical. As a service to our customers we also offer this after-hours drop off service. Please fill in as much of the following information as you can. Please be aware that – under no condition – will we begin work on your vehicle until after we have reviewed the estimate with you and received your direction on which items to proceed with. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Frequently the longest part of the repair process is contacting the customer. We can almost guarantee we will have your car completed by the end of the day if we get your approval immediately after the estimate is ready. Please think about how we should contact you and remain available during the day.

What services do you need? Please feel free to use your own words. You know your car’s habits and sounds better than anyone else. We really value your creative description of the problem. It gives us more information to ensure we look at the correct problems.
Computers don’t always work! Our web master is a really smart guy, but we will both be really stuck if we have your car with no information. If possible, please print the Form Confirmation page after submitting this information. Then place a copy of the printed pages in the service envelope when dropping the car off.

That’s it! Just e-mail your car to us. Sorry about that, just drop your car off. Leave your keys and the printed copy of this service order in an envelope available at the front door. Drop the envelope with the keys through the slot in the door. We’ll call you!
